1. How can I place a phonne call with this calling card?
To place a phone call with MidEastCallingCard:
- You will first dial one of our trigger numbers. Once you hear the first ring, hang up. As long as our system receives your CallerID, the system will call you back in ten to twenty seconds.
- Once you answer the callback, enter your PIN, and then the # sign.
- Dial the number you are trying to reach in this format:
00 + country code + phone number followed by the # sign
If you wish to place another call while you are connected to our system, dial (###) and enter the number you wish to call once you are prompted.
To redial the last number called, press * #
To disconnect your call, press * * *
2. How do I use the PIN-Less
Calling feature?
Register a phone number =to use for PIN-Less calling by following the above steps, buy after step 2, dial *7. If you do this, you will be able to use that phone to make calls without entering a pin. You can do this with more than one phone. Simply do the same thing on any phone you want PIN-Less access from. Also, you will still have access from any phone in the world using your PIN.

Can I remove the
PIN-Less Calling feature from a phone?
Absolutely. If you no longer wish to use PIN-Less Calling on a particular phone, dial *8 after step #2.

What is an
SMS trigger and how do I use it ?
- An SMS trigger is activated by sending an SMS message (text message) from your phone. To activate the SMS trigger, SMS message your 8 digit
calling card PIN number to
+44-77-3659-2284.
- After you send the SMS, our system will call you back in 20 seconds. You must then dial your destination number.
- You can include your destination number in the SMS message to prompt our system to automatically dial your destination number. To do this, add # and the destination number after your PIN in the SMS message. The system will then call you back and immediately connect you to the destination.
5. Can I use any telephone with the MidEastCallingCard?
Any phone in the world, whether it be home or mobile, that sends CallerID can be used with the MidEastCallingCard.
6. When does the calling card
expire?
MidEastCallingCard expires after 60 days. The 60 days begins after the first use of the card.
7. Are there any connection
fees or sign up fees or hidden charges?
None, you will never be charged anything above and beyond the cost of the card. All of the cost of the card goes toward your usage minutes.

Is there a difference between the rates for fixed phones and for mobile phones?
That depends on the country because rates are higher for mobile calls in some countries. So when calling one of those countries, if you call a fixed phone, you will have more available minutes than if you call a mobile phone. If you would like to see the available minutes for each card value, click on View Minutes

9. Is there a way to check my remaining balance?
Yes, you will automatically be notified of your remaining minutes each time you place a call using the MidEastCallingCard, right after the destination number is dialed.
10. How can I start my own
business as MidEastCallingCard distributor?
